What is Vaultory?
Vaultory is a premium inventory app for tracking your valuable collections — firearms, watches, gold, jewelry, and collectibles. Track what you own, monitor real-time values, generate insurance reports, and protect your legacy with one simple app.
How do I add items to my collection?
You have two options:
  • AI Scanner: Point your camera at any item and our AI will identify it, provide market values, and auto-fill details.
  • Manual Entry: Add items manually with photos, descriptions, serial numbers, and purchase information.
Is my data secure?
Yes. Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest, stored on secure AWS cloud infrastructure, and never sold to third parties. You can export or delete your data at any time. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Is there a free trial?
Yes! All paid plans include a 7-day free trial. You won't be charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel anytime.
How do I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Go to Profile → Subscription in the app. You can upgrade anytime (charged prorated). Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel anytime through your device's subscription settings:
  • iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Vaultory
  • Android: Play Store → Menu → Subscriptions → Vaultory
Your access continues until the end of your billing period.

Features

How does the AI Scanner work?
Point your camera at any item in your collection. Our AI identifies the make, model, and variant, looks up current market values, and auto-fills details into your inventory. You can review and edit before saving. AI scan limits depend on your subscription tier.
How accurate are the valuations?
We aggregate data from multiple market sources and update values regularly. Valuations are estimates based on recent sales and market trends — actual sale prices may vary based on condition, timing, and buyer demand. For official valuations, consult a licensed appraiser.
Can I generate insurance reports?
Yes! Pro and Elite subscribers can generate detailed PDF reports with photos, descriptions, serial numbers, and current values — perfect for insurance documentation.
What is Legacy Organization?
A Pro and Elite feature that helps you organize your collection for your family. You can designate contacts, organize items, and create reference documents. Note: This is a personal organization tool, not a legal document. For estate planning, consult an attorney.

Account & Data

Can I share my collection with family members?
Elite subscribers can add up to 5 family members to view (or manage) their collection. Perfect for shared collections or keeping family informed.
How do I export my data?
Go to Profile → Settings → Export Data. You can export your entire collection as a PDF report or CSV file.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account. This permanently removes all your data. If you have an active subscription, cancel it first through your device's subscription settings.
I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
On the login screen, tap "Forgot Password" and enter your email. You'll receive a reset link within a few minutes. Check your spam folder if you don't see it.
