Welcome to Vaultory. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Vaultory mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by Vaultory LLC ("Vaultory," "we," "us," or "our").
By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

Vaultory offers both free and paid subscription tiers:
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device's subscription settings (App Store or Google Play). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial periods.
We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing. You will be notified of any price changes before they take effect on your next billing cycle.
You retain all rights to the content you upload to Vaultory, including photos, descriptions, and documents. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to store, display, and process your content solely to provide the Service.
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter into your inventory. Vaultory does not verify the authenticity, ownership, or value of items you catalog.
While we maintain secure backups, we recommend you periodically export your data. Vaultory is not liable for data loss.
Important: Market values displayed in Vaultory are estimates only. They are not appraisals, guarantees of value, or offers to buy or sell. Actual sale prices may vary significantly based on condition, timing, location, and buyer demand.
Vaultory aggregates pricing data from various sources but makes no warranty regarding accuracy or completeness. For official valuations, consult a licensed appraiser.
Vaultory is an inventory tracking tool only. We do not:
You are solely responsible for complying with all applicable federal, state, and local laws regarding firearm ownership, storage, and documentation. The information you store in Vaultory does not constitute legal registration of any items.
Pro and Elite subscribers may access theft recovery features including the Dealer Alert Network. These features:
Vaultory is not responsible for the recovery of stolen items and makes no guarantees regarding the effectiveness of these features.

The Service and its original content (excluding user content), features, and functionality are owned by Vaultory LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
The Vaultory name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of Vaultory LLC. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission.
The Service may contain links to or integrate with third-party services (insurance providers, market data sources, etc.). We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services. Use of third-party services is at your own risk.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. VAULTORY DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason including breach of these Terms. Upon termination:
You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas.
Before filing a claim, you agree to attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting us. If we cannot resolve the dispute within 30 days, either party may pursue formal proceedings.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Vaultory LLC regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements.
